NuPhaze was founded by Rene Rodriguez - An active lifestyle participant and sports nutrition product developer who is passionate about fitness and nutrition and promotes their importance as ways to help manage stress and improve overall well-being.

With a degree in biology, Rene began his career working for the University of California at Berkeley, where he was an active contributor to several studies focused on the body’s physiological and metabolic adaptations to nutrient deficiencies during exercise. With the knowledge and experience gained in academia, he later transitioned to working for a then popular sports nutrition company - There he acquired the food science principles, which would eventually lead him to develop dozens of successful nutrition products that sold worldwide.

Now, with over 25 years in the nutrition industry, focused on the development, manufacture and sale of protein powders, energy drinks and nutrition bars, Nuphaze has the” know-how” to develop products that surpass our customer’s expectations.
